Delivery & Returns

Beautiful packaging

I take as much care with the packaging of your jewellery as I do making the piece itself.  I wrap, pack and post each piece myself to ensure your purchase reaches you in perfect condition.

Each item is wrapped in tissue paper, placed in a dove grey vegan suede jewellery pouch, and presented in an elegant square black box with a wax seal monogram on the lid.  All packaging has been sourced from small, independent businesses who have adopted sustainable practices. 

 

Shipping packaging

Your item will be packaged in a plain protective postal box for security purposes and shipped to you from London, UK.

Shipping to an address within the UK

Items sent to an address within the UK will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, and will normally arrive within 1 - 2 days of shipping, requiring a signature on delivery.  Shipping within the UK is free of charge, and is tracked and insured.

Shipping to an address outside of the UK

Please contact me first if you live outside the UK, as the laws of specific countries may prevent me from shipping an item to you.

Returns

If you wish to return your item, please email me to let me know, and I will provide a return address for you.  You will need to return the item within 30 days of receipt and cover the cost of return.  The jewellery being returned must be unworn and in the same condition in which it was received. Following receipt, I will process a refund to you as quickly as possible.  Please note that bespoke or customised pieces cannot be returned.

I strongly recommend that you return the item using a tracked and insured delivery service, as return delivery is at your own risk, and I am unable to provide a refund for for items lost in return transit.

Item not received

Please contact me if you have not received your item within 1 week of dispatch notification and I will provide you with the tracking number to enable you to locate your item.

Royal Mail classes an item as lost if you have not received it within 20 working days of dispatch to an address within the UK.  If this happens, please contact me to let me know so that we can agree next steps e.g. a full refund or a replacement item.

Incorrect or damaged on receipt

If you receive the wrong item or it is damaged, please email me to let me know sending an image of the item and I will provide a return address for you.  The jewellery must be unworn and returned in the same condition in which it was received.  Following receipt, I will refund you the cost of return, and ship a new item to you as soon as possible.  If you would simply like a refund please just let me know when you email me.

If you suspect a parcel has been tampered with or damaged in transit, you should open the parcel in the presence of the courier.  This will allow the courier to verify that there is an issue with the parcel.  If you do not do this, and subsequently discover an issue, I may not be able to make a claim against the courier.

Tracked as delivered

In the event that you have not received your item, but the tracking number reports that it has been delivered, please check the tracking details to see who has signed for your parcel.  Items tracked as delivered may happen when your parcel is delivered to the workplace or to the post room of an apartment address.  Please note that I am not able to refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered as I am unable to make a claim against the Royal Mail in this situation.
