Delivery & Returns

Delivery

All orders are sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed to ensure your item is insured during transit and safely delivered.  Your item will arrive in discrete packing, without any indication that the package contains jewellery. 

In stock items will be shipped within 1 - 2 working days of your order.  Commissions or items that are made to order will be shipped once made.

You will receive an email with the tracking code following shipment.

Packaging

Each item will be carefully wrapped in personalised signature packaging. The piece will be wrapped in tissue paper and placed in a protective box ready to be safely and securely delivered.  Each piece is gift wrapped with great care and attention. 

Returns - change of mind

Ready to ship items may be returned within 14 days of receipt.  Please send me an email to let me know you are returning the item.  Items must be returned in their original packaging in the same condition they were delivered. 

Items should be returned using a using a postal option that requires a signature upon delivery, protecting the sender against lost items.  A refund for the cost of the item will be refunded as soon as possible following safe receipt.  

Returns - incorrect or damaged

If you receive an item that is incorrect or damaged, please send me an email as soon as possible with an image showing the issue and noting whether you would like a refund or replacement item.  

Items should be returned using a using a postal option that requires a signature upon delivery, protecting the sender against lost items. 

In the case of replacement, a new item will be posted to you without additional charge.

In the case of refund, the cost of the item, together with postage costs, will be refunded as soon as possible following safe receipt.  

Returns - commissions and made to order

Please note that commissions and items that are made to order cannot be returned for a full refund.  If you are not happy with your order, please send me and email explaining the issue so we can discuss the best way forward.
